Dan was former Boston College & Buffalo Bill NFL Player with an entrepreneurial background and a love for helping others achieve their goals, Dan Conway embarked on a career in residential sales in 2004. Dan believes his success has been due to the determination and tenacity that made him an All-American running back at Boston College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Formerly a professional football player with the Buffalo Bills, until an eye injury forced a long hiatus, he ended up finishing his career in the USFL with the Boston Breakers.

Pattie, a lifetime resident of San Diego and Dan a resident since 1990 enjoy sharing their community knowledge to help their clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. Summary:

Summary:
This was our 1st home purchase so as one could imagine we were a little leary on who to deal with given the current home buying climate. We meet and talked with who soon became our real estate agent Dan Conway. We were impressed right from the initial conversation with Dan. He first listened to what we were looking for, then got us pre qualified with a wonderful lender as I was eligible for a VA loan. When we knew what we qualified for Dan showed us different homes in our price range. He worked around our schedule. When we found the home we wanted Dan worked his magic and even though the house had multiple offers, Dan was able to get ours accepted. From that point on the house buying experience was painless. We had heard many stories from friends telling us the different nightmares they had while in escrow etc. The people Dan had us work with from the escrow company to the title company were wonderful. Bottom line…If you need a GREAT agent then Dan is the Man! Give him a call, you will be glad you did.

Dan held our hand all the way. He explained to us what offers were good and what ones were not. He guided us to sell when I thought the price was too low and if we would have not sold we would have loss thousands as the prices continued to drop.
